Pomegranate and eggs?! Seriously so good! This recipe wowed me because I was so impressed with the flavor combination, and the olive mix is the cherry on top.
This recipe comes together easily, but looks like it would be more of a fancy meal. Highly recommend giving this a try, especially if you love Mediterranean food!

Pomegranate Feta Eggs With Spiced Olives
These pomegranate feta eggs are so bright and fresh-the perfect way to start your day! It is high in protein and is simple to make.
Ingredients

In a pan over medium heat, add oil and spices. Mix and cook for a minute

Add garlic, cook another minute

Add olives and salt, cook for a minute. Then pour in a small bowl

Add pomegranate seeds into the same pan, cook for 3 minutes

Make 2 openings, place crumbled feta on the rim of the openings. Use extra to place spread on pomegranate seeds or on eggs

Crack eggs into openings

Cover and cook for 4 minutes, more or less depending on how done you like them

Remove from heat and top with olive mixture
