A summer peach is absolutely delicious. They’re so sweet and juicy, so in the summer, I am constantly stocked up. Since I was in need of a quick and nourishing breakfast, I decided to mix make peach chia seed kefir pudding!

Ingredients and Benefits:

Chia seeds: Rich in omega-3s, fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins that support digestion, satiate you, and improve blood sugar control

Peach: Rich in antioxidants, fiber, and carotenoids to protect skin health and prevent oxidative damage

Grass-fed kefir: A fermented milk rich in vitamins and probiotics that encourage a healthy gut microbiome

Grass-fed collagen: Optional, but a nice boost of protein to support skin, bone, and joint health

Instructions

  1. Blend kefir and 1/2 of a peach
  2. In a jar, mix together the chia seeds and peach kefir blend
  3. Stir in the optional collagen
  4. Dice the rest of the peach for topping
  5. Let chia seed pudding set in fridge for a few hours or overnight
