This recipe is so tasty, nourishing, and satisfying! I was inspired by a version of pistachio pie I saw on “thathealthjunkie” instagram. This is the perfect summer treat, especially those that love pistachio gelato! Pistachios are a good source of melatonin, so these are great for sleep too.
Ingredients and Benefits:
Walnuts: Rich in ALA, omega-3s, and polyphenols that reduce inflammation
Tahini: Rich in B vitamins, healthy fats, and minerals to support hormones, skin health, and blood pressure

Greek yogurt: I purchase pasture-raised and grass-fed when I can for higher levels of omega 3s. Greek yogurt is high in protein, probiotics, and calcium

Chocolate: I use Hu Chocolate for an unrefined sugar and healthy chocolate option
