This treat is so nostalgic to me and one that I am obsessed with because I love hazelnuts and chocolate, it is such a dream combination!

It is actually really simple and quick to make, so I highly recommend giving this a try and treating yourself to deliciousness.

Ingredients and Benefits:

Hazelnuts: Of course we need these! They’re rich in antioxidants, health fats, and vitamins to protect heart health and support blood sugar. You will also need my hazelnut butter recipe or a store-bought (Fine and Raw or Ground Up have clean ingredient ones!)

Cacao powder: Rich in flavonoids that lower blood pressure and have anti-aging effects

Coconut oil: A healthy fat full of antioxidants and phytochemicals. It contains MCTs that are quickly absorbed in the gut, and studies have shown that it may encourage fat burning

Chocolate: I opt for a chocolate sweetened with unrefined sugar; some I recommend are Hu chocolate, Just Date, Oobli
