Mix together the parsley, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt

Add the ground meat to a bowl and combine with 1/2 of the sauce

Form into patties and refrigerate for 15 minutes

Cook patties in skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes

Dollop Greek yogurt on plate with extra lemon juice
