If there is one recipe you NEED to make, it is 100% these bites because they are absolutely insane!!! Definitely one of my favorites and a huge crowd pleaser. People demand me for the recipe and are always so shocked when they find out how nourishing it is and that it is only sweetened with dates.

So if you are a lover of tahini, pecans, dates, and chocolate, then these will be heavenly!

Ingredients and Benefits:

Tahini: Rich in b vitamins, healthy fats, and minerals to support hormones, skin health, and blood pressure

Almond flour: Use super-fine and I find it better to weigh out, however that is not necessary. It is higher in protein, fiber, and healthy fats

Cacao powder: Rich in flavonoids and minerals for anti-inflammatory benefits. You can substitute with cocoa powder if needed. I buy mine from Thrive Market for the best price and size!

Coconut oil: A healthy fat full of antioxidants and phytochemicals. It contains MCTs that are quickly absorbed in the gut, and studies have shown that it may encourage fat burning

Pecans: Rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium, fiber, and vitamins for brain function

Dates: Rich in vitamins, antioxidants, copper, magnesium, selenium, and have a low glycemic index
