I love a getting in some more protein and collagen (in the marshmallows too!), and while I was skeptical, I was definitely proven wrong! This drink is worth the hype and will definitely impress, it is so dreamy with the melty marshmallows.

It is loaded with collagen and amino acids that support gut health, skin, and joint repair. It also contains antioxidants from the cacao powder, making it the perfect indulgent and functional treat, perfect for cold weather!

Ingredients and Benefits:

Grass-fed bone broth: Rich in protein, collagen, glycine, and gelatin for gut soothing benefits and improved skin, joint, and sleep health. I used Kettle and Fire beef bone broth for this, not sure how other brands or flavors will turn out

Cacao powder: Rich in flavonoids and minerals for anti-inflammatory benefits to improve heart health, blood flow, and mood

Honey: An unrefined sugar rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, and gut-healthy properties

Chocolate: I opt for a chocolate sweetened with unrefined sugar; some I recommend are Hu chocolate, Just Date, and Oobli. I used Oobli for less sugar, use code “OLIVIA20” for 20% off
