Dates are so so delicious and this date caramel from my caramel apple recipe is amazing! I decided to use the rest to make these no-bake Twix inspired bars.

The creamy date caramel with the crunch of chocolate makes the perfect healthy indulgence that is also super simple to make and great for stashing in the fridge or freezer!

Ingredients and Benefits:

Coconut flour: High in fiber, containing both soluble and insoluble. It is also higher in protein and contains 8 essential amino acids

Grass-fed butter: Rich in vitamin k2 and A, CLA, beta-carotene, and health fats for digestion, hormones, and skin health

Dates: Rich in vitamins, antioxidants, copper, magnesium, selenium, and have a low glycemic index

Chocolate: I opt for a chocolate sweetened with unrefined sugar; some I recommend are Hu chocolate, Just Date, Oobli, and Blue Stripes cacao
