  1. In a pan over medium-high, season chicken with salt and pepper and cook around 6-8 minutes, no pink left
  2. Mix vinegar, oil Dijon, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper
  3. Pour into pan and and increase heat to high for 2 minutes
  4. Add figs and give everything a good stir, let cook low for 2 minutes for everything to Combine and you can keep cooking down figs if you want
