This chocolate mousse recipe is so so silky, chocolaty, and surprisingly decadent! It provides 10 grams of plant protein per 2 big serving and only requires 5 ingredients and is insanely simple to make.

The secret ingredient for the protein and silkiness is silken tofu! The silken tofu givens a neutral taste, so do not be afraid! I swear you would never guess that it contains tofu and will indulge in a nourishing, chocolatey treat.
