What Are Kelp Noodles?
Noodles made from kelp of course! They have a neutral flavor, so they will take on the taste of whatever you cook them in, In this case, it will be a tasty Asian noodle. Kelp is full of iodine, phytonutrients, calcium, and antioxidants. They are hard and crunchy in the package, so it is important to do the baking soda lemon juice soak to soften them.
Ingredients and Benefits:
Kelp noodles: Rich in iodine, calcium, iron, carotenoids, and fiber to reduce inflammation and support the thyroid.
Lemon juice & baking soda: used to soften the kelp noodles.

Stir-fry vegetables: Add phytonutriets and fiber. I used bell peppers, carrots, and mushrooms. Be creative and switch it up for a diverse range of plants!
Coconut aminos: Contains 17 amino acids, probiotics, and antioxidants. It tastes similar to soy sauce, but has a little more sweetness.
Sesame oil: Contains vitamins, antioxidants, and provides the nutty signature Asian flavor.
Garlic: Has antibiotic and anti-inflammatory properties. Tip: let garlic sit out for 10-15 minutes after mincing so the enzyme allicin is activated and the benefits are retained!

Stir-fry ingredients

In a small bowl, add the kelp noodles. Add in the lemon juice and baking soda. Massage and then let sit for 10 minutes to soften. Rinse.

Add the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl or measuring cup.

In a pan over medium-high, season the steak with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side and remove the steak.

Sauté vegetables for 3 minutes.

Add steak and kelp noodles. Top with the sauce and combine.

Top with sesame seeds and green onion.
Note
I use a Caraway pan which does not need oil, if you do then make sure you add oil to your pan before adding the steak.
