Turkish-inspired Egg Breakfast

In no way is this recipe authentic, but it is still very delicious! I had seen this recipe all over Instagram and have been dying to try it. However, when I went to make it, I didn't have all the ingredients. So, I made this simple version inspired by the traditional flavors and am obsessed with how simple and addictive it is. Anything Greek yogurt I love, and dipping the sourdough in this is just divine.

Ingredients and Benefits:

Eggs: I use pasture-raised eggs for 2-3 times the omega-3s, more vitamins, and sustainability.

Greek yogurt: I purchase pasture-raised and grass-fed when I can for higher levels of omega 3s. Greek yogurt is high in protein, probiotics, and calcium

Garlic: Helps protect cells from oxidative damage, supports the immune system, and can help reduce blood pressure

Fresh dill: Rich in flavonoids and antioxidants to reduce inflammation

Hot sauce: I used a cayenne pepper sauce that only uses cayenne pepper and vinegar. Cayenne pepper contains capsaicin that stimulates digestion and improve blood pressure
