You can use any seasonal vegetables you’d like, I’ve been into trying different types of squash recently, and you can even buy them pre-cut to make this quicker
Chicken sausage: I prefer to purchase ones without additives or added sugar. I always look for pasture-raised because it contains 50% more vitamin A, three times the amount of omega-3s, and letting animals graze and roam is great for the environment!
