Try this 3-ingredient mixed berry chia jam with an extra health boost from grass-fed collagen!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups mixed berries, I used frozen
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 scoops grass-fed collagen (optional, I used perfect supplements)
Instructions
  1. Add berries to pot on medium heat and left soften
  2. Begin mashing them until the chunks are gone
  3. Turn heat down to low and add chia seeds
  4. Remove from heat and stir in collagen
  5. Let thicken for a few minutes
  6. Enjoy and store leftovers in fridge
