These lettuce wraps are incredibly easy to make! This would be great for a light meal prep or quick dinner when you are busy but still want to nourish yourself with something yummy.
It is also very customizable. In this recipe, I used ground turkey, but I usually use ground beef since it is more available to me. You can switch up the vegetables you use too.

Rice wine vinegar: Contains acetic acid that has antimicrobial properties.
