I love Greek food, so naturally I love making Greek salads. This recipe has all of the yummy and powerful ingredients and is so easy to throw together.

Ingredients and Benefits:

Description

This is a near authentic recipe of a Horiatiki salad. It is fresh, flavorful, and so nutritious. This is sure to impress!

Ingredients
    Salad
  • 1 cucumber (diced)
  • 10 grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 red onion (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/4 cup olives (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup capers (rinsed)
  • 1/2 block feta (crumbled in or placed on top)
  • Dressing
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Mix the dressing ingredients together
  2. Add salad ingredients to a bowl
  3. Top and toss the salad with the dressing
