I have been seeing this date caramel everywhere ever since making this, and it is definitely for good reason! Dates: Rich in vitamins, antioxidants, copper, magnesium, selenium, and have a low glycemic index
Apples: Rich in fiber, antioxidants, vitamin C and E, and polyphenols for heathy digestion, brain health, and satiation
Chocolate: I opt for a refined sugar free chocolate. Here I used Oobli chocolate ("OLIVIA20" for 20% off), which is low in sugar and contains some protein!
