Pasture-raised cottage cheese: I use the brand Good Culture since it pasture-raised. The cottage cheese is higher in protein, calcium, b vitamins, and probiotics to improve gut and bone health
Pasture-raised Mexican cheese: I use Organic Valley Mexican cheese since it is pasture-raised a blend of different cheeses
Mexican seasoning: I have a premade mix, but you can add cumin, salt, pepper, chili powder, and garlic!
